Purpose of the Messages
Our application notifies dental practitioners and compliance managers when their certifications and licenses are about to expire. These reminders help ensure compliance and timely renewals.
Opt-In Process
To receive SMS notifications, you must explicitly opt in through one of the following methods:
Web Application Settings
After logging into your account on our web application, navigate to the 'Notification Settings' page. You will see an option to enable SMS notifications with a checkbox that states:"I agree to receive SMS notifications about expiring certifications and licenses."
By checking this box and saving your settings, you confirm your consent to receive these messages.
Text Message Response
You may receive an initial text message asking for your permission to send notifications. The message will clearly explain its purpose and provide instructions to opt in. For example:"Reply YES to receive SMS notifications about your expiring certifications and licenses."
By replying with 'YES', you provide your explicit consent to receive these messages.

Type of Messages
The messages are automated notifications about expiration dates and are purely informational, with no promotional content.
Frequency of Messages
Notifications will be sent as needed, based on the expiration dates of your certifications and licenses.
Opt-Out Process
You can opt out at any time by replying to a message with “STOP” or by contacting our support team at kasperfamilygroup@gmail.com or via text at (909) 474-7776. We will process your request promptly.
Data Handling
Your contact information is stored securely and used solely for sending these notifications. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent.
Legal Compliance
We comply with all relevant laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and state regulations, to ensure lawful and ethical communication.
